Throw it away? No way! Care to Repair can save the day.

What do you do when your toaster stops popping up? Or when a zip jams? Or with a computer that keeps crashing?

On Saturday November 22nd, residents of the Trowbridge area will have the opportunity to bring along a broken item to Trowbridge’s first Care to Repair event where volunteer menders will help them to fix it for free.

Wiltshire Wildlife Trust and Trowbridge Community Area Future (TCAF) are running the Care to Repair event with the kind support of Dorothy House Hospice who are loaning space for the event in their new shop on Wicker Hill.

For further information or if you have repair skills to volunteer, then please get in touch with Emma Croft, Community Waste Minimisation Officer at Wiltshire Wildlife Trust on 01380 736077 or via email to emmac@wiltshirewildlife
