WC finally gets tough.

Following another rant by me to WC yesterday, a WC legal officer phoned.

As this message was from a legal-eagle (rather than someone from highways department) I'm sure that, this time, WC will follow through if the contractor continues to keep their head buried in the sand (or mud).

I've been told that if wheel washing facilities are not installed by Monday evening (next week) then a Temporary Stop Notice will be served on the site at 7.00am on Tuesday.
