There are three items relating to Paxcroft Ward.
The three items from this Ward are as follows :-

Staverton. To consider the proposed diversion of Footpath # 2.

Hilperton. To consider planning applications 05/02145 (change of use from redundant post office store 222 Church Street to residential) and 05/02374 (proposed extension 28 Marshmead).

The two Hilperton items are on the agenda for the following reasons. 222 Church Street; both Cllr. Carbin and I asked for this item to be considered by the committee as it relates to interpretation of the West Wiltshire Local Plan. 28 Marshmead; the parish council objects to the application.
