The detailed Planning Appeal decision has now been received.
In her Decision Notice, Ms. Metcalfe allowed the appeal for change of use to DOMESTIC storage with two conditions.

The second of these states 'The premises shall be used for the storage of domestic goods owned by the tenant(s) of the building and for no other purpose (including storage in connection with any commercial or industrial activity ...)

If any resident feels that this condition is being broken they can contact either myself, or the enforcement officer at the district council.
