Not good news for them on the financial front.

Balfour Beatty is the parent company of BBLP (Balfour Beatty Living Places).

BBLP is the company responsible for our streets e.g. grass cutting, removal of fly tipping etc.

BB has announced losses of £250m, has issued profits warnings and is now seen as a takeover target.

WC has had many complaints about the poor performance of BBLP and it will be interesting to see what happens over the next few months.
