Following a lot of confidential work at Wiltshire Council by the planning team, I can now 'go public' with some news.

The legal team at County Hall has confirmed that papers have been lodged and a challenge made to the appeal decision on land south of Devizes Road, Hilperton.

it is likely to be heard at the end of April so there won’t be a decision on the outcome before then by the look of it.  If the Judge reserves his/her position, it may be early to mid May, so the uncertainty will persist for a while.
