Another Judicial Review by Wiltshire Council.
The Planning Inspectorate doesn't seem to be doing too well.
This Judicial Review relates to 14/02453/VAR.
The problem is that, as in the land south of Devizes Road application, the appeal inspector seems to have given no weight to the Wiltshire Core Strategy,
It will be up to the Highy Court whether or not the appeal has to be reconsidered.
