What has happened re the planned speed limit?

I have asked WC highways why the consultation on the speed limit hasn't commenced yet.

The answer has come back:-

'There has been a delay as we are adding the parking restrictions to the collection of orders being advertised. Due to illness it has taken longer than previously advised. We are hoping to get the documentation up together in the next week or two then it will be 10-14 days prior to the advertisements being in the press (due to advertising deadlines etc with our agent).'
