A landmark event for the HRR.
The road moved a step closer this afternoon.
The first tarmac was laid today.
It isn't the actual road surface, but one of the under layers.
For some reason work commenced in the vicinity of footpath HILP3 (the footpath closest to the Fieldways roundabout).
