Two planning applications have been withdrawn.
Following the issue of an hedge retention notice on Persimmon, the other two applicants have withdrawn their applications to remove hedgerows.

It must be noted, however, that when planning permission for the relief road is formally issued, this will override any hedge retention notices on hedgerows identified to be 'felled' as part of the development.
