Hilperton Parish Council met last night.

Amongst items on the agenda was the response to the current WC pre-consultation exercise regarding various possible building allocations in the county.

There was a good turnout of local residents who made their views on housing in the Gap very clear.

The PC resolved to object to the 'suggested' three sites in the Gap together with an explanation of the rationale behind their objection.

The formal objection will be sent to WC in the next few days.
