HRR speed limit.
The decision gets closer...
I received the following email last week...
'The report should be forwarded to Allan (a WC highways officer) at the latest by the end of this week. It will then need to be passed on to Parvis (his boss) and then will reach me (the Cabinet member who will make the decision).
I understand that I should have it at the latest by the middle of next week.'
So, all being well, we will know the good (or probably 'bad') news within the next four days....
