Sarah Content defends her decision to go on course.
Whilst people will have their own views on the prudence/correctness of spending this amount of money on training for one person, one thing intrigues me.

It would seem that Sarah will be attending a 'graduation ceremony' in London, sometime later this year. Allowing that the cost of the course was 'justified', will Sarah be claiming expenses from WWDC to attend the ceremomy?

I have lodged a formal question for the next full council meeting to establish whether or not the council tax payers will be expected to foot the bill for the graduation trip. I am sure that many would view this more as a 'jolly' rather than essential council business.
