Another delay? A tale of 'capacity issues' at County Hall.

The final decision on the lines was due to be made by the WC portfolio holder for highways Philip Whitehead in late April.

The lines were then being put in place in July.  However WC now say that due to staff shortages the work is not being done, so it will probably be at least the autumn before the lines go in. 

Of course, by then, the Hilperton Relief Road will be open and many of the planned lines will serve little or no purpose.  Wonderful joined-up thinking from the administration at County Hall...
