The Conservative administration at County Hall in Trowbridge has been discussing the highly controversial BBLP grass cutting, street scene and highways contract. The press and public were excluded.
The contract has experienced many problems with many residents finding the grass in their areas uncut, a problem that continues today in some parts of the county.
Councillors have been raising concerns about this contract from soon after it started. As ever, the concerns were greeted with disdain by members of the cabinet, who failed to react to the problem.
