Wcc says one thing, WWDC another.
Recent e-mails passed to me have a distinct air of confusion about them.

An officer at WCC states 'Persimmon aim to start (the road) by July 2006'.

However, a WWDC officer states 'The Section 106 Agreement is no nearer being signed. I have no information in respect of a commencement date for the road. As you are aware there are many conditions to be discharged. This process can only begin when planning permission is granted. I do not anticipate this work being complete by July this year.'
