Church Street closure news.
The date for the planned closure has been confirmed.
The planned start date for the gas main replacement is 17th October.
Interestingly, the published diversion route is now shown as being along the HRR. This would seem to confirm an early October opening date for the relief road as WC cannot legally divert traffic along a road until it has been adopted by the highway authority.
