Hot off the press HRR news.
Possibly the definitive opening date?
The following has been received from the Associate Director Highways & Transport at County Hall...
'The provisional date for opening the HRR is Monday 5th October, subject to the outcome of the stage 3 safety audit which was recently undertaken.'
I have YET AGAIN chased WC highways asking when the weight limit signs are going to erected. The Traffic Order was signed-off ages back and so it is just a case of erecting the signs (but keeping them covered until the HRR opens). Surely not a major job?
