I raised the issue with WC about the lack of the expected weight limit signs for the village.
The reply is below:-
'Dear Cllr Clark,
I have had confirmation that we are on target for the majority of the weight limit signing to be in place for 5 October (the date when the TROs are legally in place to allow opening of the road).
Some of the signs are being located on lamp columns, hence no posts in place as yet.
To give you a general update, I am waiting confirmation that the civil and street lighting works are/will be complete by 5 October and the safety audit does not require any amendments of the scheme (I have been advised the safety audit report will be sent through early next week).
