Let's hope we don't need it....

Thanks to those who have contacted me about street gritting through the village this coming winter.

As the current B3105 is a bus route I was sure that gritting would continue after the HRR opens.  However, to be sure, I contacted WC and received the following reply:-

'WC will continue to treat it (the new C504) this season 2015/16, we are just adding the new relief road.

However moving forward we are reviewing our current treated network and it may be that Marsh Road in future may be removed.

I will keep you updated and involved as we move forward on the review of routes.
