Lib Dem group leader resigns his post.
The Lib Dem WC group leader has thrown in the towel.
In a surprise move, Cllr. Hubbard has resigned as their group leader but remains a back bench Lib Dem.
Another WC councillor has recently defected to the Conservatives group.
Do these changes evidence long term planning before the 2017 WC election? I know that the Tories are casting their net to try and get good councillors to defect to them...
