Paxcroft Mead pub planning appeals decision.
The Inspector's decisions have finally been released.
The Inspector has allowed the appeals for planning permission for the public house, with several conditions.
However, Marshgate must now get the Section 106 agreement revised as, otherwise, the planning permission is of no use. With the current state of the local PCT, I would imagine that Marshgate will commence the process without delay.
