Holt Youth Club was successful in their grant bid.
The previous administration commenced a new process under which the Council provides funding to the community area partnerships and they then process any applications. Grants are awarded when projects meet criteria set down by WWDC and also address issues within the local community plan. This system makes the awarding of grants more 'local' and also saves a considerable amount of officer time (and expense) at WWDC.

Only one local scheme was awarded a grant this year, that being Holt Youth Club which will receive £400.
