WWDC planning committee meets Thursday 11 May.
Two Paxcroft Ward items are on the agenda.
The two Paxcroft Ward items both relate to Hilperton.
06/00646 is for a detached two storey, three bedroom detached house between 47 and 49 Princess Gardens.
06/00633 is for the change of use of an agricultural building to domestic storage units along Whaddon Lane (just past the canal bridge).
Hilperton Parish Council has objected to both applications. The first due to overdevelopment of the site, insufficient garden and incompatibility with existing buildings. For the second, the reasons are environmental damage caused by vehicles, inconvenience to pedestrians, inadequacy of the road system, and that the application is prejudicial to highway safety.
