WWDC planning committee decisions.
Two Paxcroft Ward items were considered last night.
06/00646 - Detached two storey house between 47 and 49 Princess Gardens, Hilperton. Application refused.
06/00633 - Change of use of agricultural building to domestic storage units Whaddon Lane. Trevor and I moved 'refusal' of this application, but were unsuccessful. The committee decision was to 'defer' for consultation with the applicant (David Tucker) about his making a financial contribution to road improvements.
