Another speculative housing application...
...this time at The Grange, Devizes Road.
Another absentee landowner has decided to try to cash-in on the failure which is the Core Strategy.

As the application site is outside the agreed settlement boundary, the land owner could genuinely help Hilpertonians by building 100% affordable housing - but, of course, there is a far lower profir margin involved.
