Trowbridge Grove Division on Wiltshire Council.

Many people outside his Division knew Jeff or were aware of his unstinting commitment to the people of his Division, the Trowbridge area and Wiltshire.

His latest campaign had been to save the RUH Hopper, a service he felt very strongly about.

Regretably he passed away last Friday.  He will be sadly missed at County Hall both by his colleagues in the Independent group, officers, and those in other political groups who were often the target of his comments at full council meetings.
