Still, no more info from the applicant.
WC has granted the applicant another time extension to provide information which WC needs to determine the application.
The case officer advises 'We haven't had any additional information yet - we are still waiting for it. The current extension of time is until 15th June.'
It is almost as if the applicant wants the application refused due to the lack of information. Of course, that would then give them six months to lodge an appeal at which they would, no doubt, produce the additional information thus giving WC little time to analyse it.
Cynical of how developers work? Yes, I am; mainly because, over my thirteen years sitting on planning committees and attending planning appeals, I have seen first hand how they manipulate the system to their advantage.
