New affordable housing for Semington?
Semington could see new affordable homes built.
The application site is west of Semington Turnpike at map reference 896 601.
The site is outside the Semington Village Policy Limit (VPL) and so housing would not normally be allowed.
However, the VPL policy allows for 'exception' sites, and one of the allowable reasons is for affordable housing.
