The Area Designation Application consultation has finished.

There were only three responses.

One was from myself, one from Frances Morland (both of these supported the proposed area) and the third from Gladman Developments.

The latter seemed to be commenting on procedure but I wonder why this developer should be taking any interest in Hilperton? They  submitted an application in the Holt area recently which was refused for several reasons.  Perhaps they have been approached by a Hilperton landowner who has 'strategic land for residential development' (which is what Gladman state that they specialise in)?
