A good start for the new Fire and Rescue service.
I attended a scrutiny meeting yesterday at Trowbridge fire station.
The Dorset and Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Service seems to have got off to a pretty good start.
The service is working against four priorities.

Since the inception of the combined service there have been no fire related deaths in Wiltshire, no fire related injuries in accidental dwelling fires, and 428 home safety/safe and well visits have been made.
