WWDC press release about car parking.
'Car park enforcement is not performance related' - states WWDC.
"WWDC operates more than 20 car parks;enforcement officers ensure that drivers do not park for longer than they are entitled, and can also take action if a driver parks in two bays or causes an obstruction.
This is not designed as a money making exercise, but rather as an observance of the rules. There is an appeals process and details are included on the penalty notice. To find out more about WWDC car parks visit WWDC web site and use the A-Z."
