Ernie Clark. Hilperton Division, Wiltshire Council.

Do you think that there is a speeding issue in Hilperton?

If you do, there is something you can actively do about it.

From the number of complaints that I get it would seem that the answer from many residents will be 'Yes'. The police do their best but, to be honest, they don't have the resources to keep a check on speeding through Hilperton let alone all the other villages.

However, the local Community Speed Watch team is looking for new volunteers.

The time commitment is minimal and is fitted in around your availability. Full training is provided by Wiltshire Police.

If you are interested please get in touch with me and I will arrange for you to be contacted.
