WWDC planning decisions.

06/01668 - 130 Wyke Road. Permitted.
There was also an 'emergency' item not shown on the agenda. This concerned a forthcomming appeal by Persimmon relating to planning application 04/02307 - New Terrace, Staverton.
The planning officers at WWDC asked the planning committee to allow them (the officers) NOT to defend the appeal. After a lengthy and quite heated debate it was decided that the officers would be required to defend the decision made by the committee last September.
