Paxcroft Mead skate park update.
A surprising development.
The agent conducted Wiltshire Council without consulting the parish council.
The agent has withdrawn the application. I believe it is due to the fact that a major re-design is needed which would be so far from the 'current' application that it could not be accepted as an amendment.
Hilperton Parish Council will discuss the matter at its meeting next week and, presumably, decide whether or not it will allow the revised application to be made in its name.
The planned site for the skate park is, of course, due to be transferred from Hilperton Parish Council to Trowbridge Town Council on the 1st April next year.
