Will Hilperton get new affordable housing on Marsh Road?
Although the site is outside the Hilperton Village Policy Limit affordable housing could be allowed under the 'rural exception' rule.

If permitted, local people would be given priority in allocation and rural exception developments are typically between six and twelve units. It is currently unclear how much of the site would be used.

The parish council has been asked to comment on the proposal by 25 August; as it doesn't usually meet in August a special meeting will have to be called.
