'Private Keep Out' sign...
...on Elizabeth Way.
The Wiltshire Council rights-of-way officer was due to 'inspect' the site yesterday.
I reported the signs to him when they appeared recently as it is an offence to 'prevent' people using a right-of-way and this includes placing mis-leading signs adjacent to public footpaths.
I will let you know his thoughts when he contacts me.
