Having been refused planning permission last month, the applicant has been allowed to resubmit what is almost exactly the same planning application.
The covering letter from the agent was mentioned in my web post on Saturday and, to be honest, I am very surprised that WC vailidated/registered the new application as government guidance states 'If your application has been refused, you may be able to submit another application with modified plans free of charge'. This second applications has not been modified.
The planning reference is 16/12506/OUT and, as this is a new application, I regret to say that all the objectors to the original scheme have to contact WC for a second time.
