Further to my post on this site dated 17th August, I understand that WWDC and Persimmon last week agreed the terms of the Section 106 agreement. There is still no news about a start date for the project.
Please note this information relates to application 04/01389, the 'tandem' application (05/00203) has now been withdrawn.
