Pre-submission Consultation (Reg 14 consultation).
The project to create a Neighbourhood Development Plan for Hilperton has been running for about a year now.
The draft plan is now ready for consideration and comment by the residents of the Parish.
The draft plan and supporting documents can be downloaded from www.hilpertonparishcouncil.org.uk/index.php/neighbourhood-plan/ or from https://www.facebook.com/groups/941499909237385/
Hard copies can be viewed at the village hall, the local churches, Hilperton School, the Garden Centre, the Lion & Fiddle, Marsh Road Stores, and Trowbridge Library.
The deadline for comments to the draft is 30th June 2017.
At a later date Parish residents will be able to vote in a referendum on the final document. If a majority of those voting approve, it will then be adopted by Wiltshire Council as a formal planning document.
During the consultation period there will a presentation of the draft plan at the village fete on 10th June at the playing field in Whaddon Lane.
A response form can be downloaded from the above web sites and printed copies will be available at the fete.
