An hearing will take place next week.
The hearing will be chaired by a Planning Inspector.
It will take place at the St. Johns conference centre in Frome Road, Trowbridge (Hilperton Village Hall was not available). There is on-site car parking.
It will commence at 10.00am and members of the public are welcome to attend. With the permission of the Inspector they are also allowed to address the Hearing. It is NOT as formal as a Planning Inquiry and the Inspector will always allow plenty of lee way for anyone who is nervous about speaking.
I believe that it is scheduled for one day.
Wiltshire Council will be defending the 'refuse' decision and will have various officers in attendance.
I have suggested that the council applies for full costs against the applicant if the appeal fails but WC has declined to do so.
