Blue Hills application to be considered.
A formal outline application has been called to committee.
The plans were submitted in January 2004 but have been held in abeyance until formal planning permission for 'The Gap' road was given.
The officer recommendation is for permission after the signing of a legal agreement to secure, amongst other things, affordable housing, education provision, public open space, traffic calming, and public art!! There are also 19 proposed conditions.
Hilperton Parish Council is objecting to the application on nine grounds, some of which have now been overcome.
