There will be a ten week consultation period.
The formal consultation is due to commence on 10th July.
It will run for ten weeks, rather than the statutory minimum six, due to the fact that it is taking place over the summer.
THERE WILL BE AN EXHIBITION IN TROWBRIDGE, PROBABLY AT COUNTY HALL, ON 26th JULY BETWEEN 12.00 AND 7.00pm.
Submission to the Secretary of State will probably be around May 2018 followed by an Inspection in Public which will probably run from May to November 2018.
The anticipated adoption date is early 2019. I have had to adjust these dates to allow for the late publication of the DPD.
Interestingly, WC states in its report 'There is a reputational risk to the council as criticism may be attracted from local people...' MAY be criticism? I would suggest that 'will definitely' is the correct phrase to use.
