More housing for Hilperton?
A new development may be coming.
The current 'idea' would see a development of 29 properties but it is unlikely that such an high number would be allowed.
As any commercial development would have to be within the village policy limit, WWDC housing policy would look for 50% of the housing to be for rent through a social landlord.
