Wiltshire Council has advised that on 13 December 2017, the following length of road will be closed to all traffic in the interests of public safety to enable Tarmac to carry out carriageway patching.
A361 Hilperton Road (part), Trowbridge; from its junction with Hilperton Road Roundabout (by the fire station) to its junction with Stancomb Avenue.
The official alternative route: Via A361 (unaffected length) – A350 – A363 – County Way and vice versa. Locals will know much shorter routes!!
The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs and access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible throughout the works period.
The works will commence on 13 December 2017 and are anticipated to be required for two nights between the hours of 19:00 and 00:00.
