Semington Parish Council impressed by presentation.
The Parish Council decided unanimously to support them in developing their plans and to assist them in determining whether such a project was viable.

The Council pointed out that there were a large number of considerations to be taken into account when planning such a project and that the natural public anxiety that exists with such projects would have to be fully addressed.

The Council agreed to host an inaugural meeting of an ‘embryonic’ Youth Council at which the skateboard park and, possibly, other projects will be discussed and a plan of action agreed. The date proposed for the meeting is 10 January 2007 to be held in the Village Hall.
