Staverton bridge closure postponed.
The railway bridge will NOT be closed in January.
Unfortunately, problems with satisfying Network Rail’s Works Agreement have resulted in the need to delay the work and it is not now likely to commence until the end of February. As soon as the new start date has been agreed it will be re-advertised.
A temporary pedestrian access through the site will be available during the strengthening period.
The advanced warning signs on site will be amended to show the delay in the near future.
