Sorry I was late on Saturday.

There was a mix-up over times.

My apologies for not arriving until just before 2 o'clock.  This was the time I had in my diary and the rearranged 1 o'clock time was somehow missed between myself and the organiser.

That said, it was nice to have a chat with various people including one of the original builders who still lives in the house he built.

I hope everyone enjoyed the afternoon even though it was rather wet.  The plaque by the tree looks splendid and is a nice reminder of all the hard work that was put in by local men 60 years ago.
