Ernie Clark. Hilperton Division, Wiltshire Council.

Another WWDC councillor goes Independent.
Cllr. Knight (who represents the Trowbridge, John of Gaunt Ward) will continue as an independent on the district council until the May elections.

There are now six Independent councillors at WWDC (equating to roughly 15% of the council) of which three were elected as Independent, whilst two are resigned Conservatives and the other is a resigned Lib Dem.
