WWDC planning committee meets this coming week.
The WWDC planning committee will meet Thursday at 7.00 pm.
The meeting will commence at 7.00 pm. It is held in the council chamber at Bradley Road.
The four items are :-
Request to discharge a legal agreement, thus allowing a pub to be built on the area next to the Chinese take-away, Paxcroft Mead Local Centre.
06/03851. Change of use from retail to sale of hot food. New unit at Paxcroft Mead Local Centre.
06/03611. Conversion of garage to study/annexe and extension. 9 Ashton Rise, Hilperton.
05/01741. Change of use from dwelling to house in multiple occupation. Smallbrook House, Smallbrook Gardens, Staverton.
In all cases the recommendation from the WWDC officer is for approval.
